Two happy homebuyers, Mark and Tracy Gordon, recently purchased a home at Legacy and are looking forward to a planned May 21 move-in date. Targeting the Fiddyment Farm area of Roseville, the Gordons took time to tour all of the new home communities in the region, eventually selecting the 2,311 square foot Tradition plan at Legacy. "We instantly fell in love with the layout and energy-saving amenities of the home," said Mark Gordon. "The large yard was a major factor as well.
