EGG HARBOR TWP, N.J. – For newlyweds Brett and Carrie Giaconia, moving into their first home at K. Hovnanian's Hidden Pines in Egg Harbor Township in early July was an achievement both thought would never happen so soon.

As much as they liked the condominium they were renting since getting married last year, actually becoming homeowners now was a dream come true. With their own home now a reality, the Giaconias are ready to raise a family.

Brett, who started his career as a financial advisor 18 months ago at Wachovia Securities, had visited other prospective locations. When he compared these to the homes available at Hidden Pines, however, he and his wife realized that they could really make their dream of home ownership a reality.

"This was a perfect opportunity for us. We selected the Reagan model because it was within our budget as first-time home buyers," Brett said.

The trio, Tara Buchney, 12; Shannon Ledon, 11; and Katia Monastyrskyj, 10 were among the neighbors who gathered at a homeowner cookout recently, and chatted about their new homes, the number of kids in the neighborhood and how well things were coming together at this enclave of 17 executive estate homes in exclusive Mendham.
